We will evaluate the best route and timing to release your order to arrive safely. There is no charge to hold it for up to 90 days. This will normally be packed in an environmentally responsible pulp shipper. We may decide to use styrofoam if deemed necessary to protect your product. To avoid unnecesary exposure to temperature fluctuations, It is important to receive your order on the 1st attempt.
RELEASE NOW - ICE PACK
We utilize refrigerated transport to a depot nearest your location and then place an ice pack in your box for the last leg. This will last 2 - 24 hours depending on the ambient temperature. This will come in a styrofoam shipper. To avoid unnecesary exposure to temperature fluctuations, It is important to receive your order on the 1st attempt.
Note: For environmental responsibility, if we determine no ice pack is required at the time of release, we will pack it in a pulp shipper without ice and adjust your charges accordingly.
RELEASE NOW - NO ICE PACK
We will release your order, if all stock is available, at the first window possible. This option assumes you have decided to forgo any temperature considerations and do not wish to add an ice pack for the last leg. In most cases, this will still go temp controlled to a regional distribution point. You will be sent a waiver notice to confirm your choices before we release it. To avoid unnecesary exposure to temperature fluctuations, It is important to receive your order on the 1st attempt.
