1. Blydskap | Rhone Blend
Cheerful but seriously structured is our blend of 59% Grenache from Wellington, 27% Mourvèdre, 7% Shiraz and 7% Tempranillo. Lightly oaked, tannins.
2. Kattemaai | Chenin Blanc - Semillion
The nose shows top notes of hay and fynbos before pear, peach and citrus while the palate is pure and lively with a saline finish. Elegant and precise. Nice fresh acidity
3. Oogwink | Syrah
Medium to full-bodied, the palate displays fine-grained tannins with elegance and precision, offering notes of peppercorn and dusty cherry flavors before somersaulting to a wonderful spice and delightful fininsh.
4. Tydsaam | Tempranillo
Tempel Wines Tempranillo is called “Tydsaam” which means “slowly” and to spend “time together”, a wine to enjoy on a winter evening in front of the fireplace with your loved ones. Layers of cherry, plum and Mediterranean herb flavors with a hint of leather, lead to a rich and plush extracted palate, with bold, yet a beautiful and ripe tannin structure, dryness and a long lingering finish bursting with fruit. Oak, more noticeable on the finish, almost as ash.
