After leaving a finance career in London behind in 2009, Tim Martinpursued an ambition to make wine, first through harvest experience and technical study in Burgundy, and then back home to South Africa where he has worked across Paarl, the Swartland and Stellenbosch to source and farm organic and biodiverse vineyards sites using biodynamic and permaculture techniques. His distinctive wnes are then made and bottled using traditional methods in a striking, uncommon new space in Salt River, Cape Town.
